Welcome to All In Screenprint! We want your experience with us to be smooth, clear, and enjoyable. Below are the basics of how we handle orders, payments, and customer service. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Orders & Custom Printing
- Every order is made just for you, so please double-check your artwork, spelling, and details before sending them in.
- Once we start printing, changes or cancellations usually aren’t possible.
- We may decline any order if the design isn’t appropriate or may violate copyright.
Artwork & Copyright
- If you send us artwork, you’re confirming you own it or have permission to use it.
- We can’t take responsibility for copyright issues caused by customer-submitted designs.
Payment
- All orders must be paid in full before we start production unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Prices may change, but you’ll always see the final price before checkout.
Turnaround & Shipping
- Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your order. We’ll give you an estimated delivery date, but please note that delays with shipping carriers or weather are out of our control.
- Once we hand your order off to the carrier, responsibility for shipping passes to them.
Returns & Refunds
- Since each order is custom-made, all sales are final.
- If we make a mistake or your order is defective, let us know within 7 days and we’ll work with you to make it right.
- We can’t accept returns for wrong sizes, typos in customer artwork, or a change of mind.
Privacy
- We respect your privacy and only use your personal information to process your order and provide great service.
Updates
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make changes, we’ll post the new version here.
